From our first conversation to the moment your finished suite arrives to your guests, you’ll be guided through a highly personal design experience where no detail is overlooked.
The first step is to complete the inquiry form. I will reach out to discuss additional details for exactly what you are envisioning for your wedding. We can complete this online or schedule a call if you would prefer.
Once you've chosen your package and you’re ready to move forward, you’ll review and sign your agreement and submit your 50% retainer to officially reserve your spot and begin your stationery journey.
You’ll receive a custom design board with inspiration for your suite, along with curated package options. Take your time reviewing everything, ask questions, and choose the option that feels right for you—there’s no pressure to make every design decision yet.

Now the fun begins! You’ll complete a questionnaire so I can capture the wording, details, and little touches that make your celebration uniquely yours. From there, I’ll translate your vision into a thoughtfully designed suite to create your cohesive paper story. Your initial design will be ready in approximately 2–3 weeks, followed by an electronic proof where we’ll review, refine, and perfect every detail together.
Once your suite is perfected, you’ll give your final approval then I move to bringing your stationery to life. Each piece is thoughtfully produced and professionally printed, then carefully hand-assembled in studio. From the paper and printing method to the finishing details, every element is handled with intention and care. Production typically takes 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your suite.

The finishing touch. Once your invitations are beautifully assembled, they’ll be carefully packaged and mailed directly to you or your guests—so you can check one more thing off your list. Day-of pieces are neatly packaged and shipped directly to you, ready for your celebration. Everything is handled with care, leaving you to sit back, relax, and get ready to celebrate!

After booking you will receive a sample kit in the mail which allows you to see and feel the quality of papers, envelopes and designs just as your guests will. Luxury at your fingertips.
Your invitation suite includes 6 pieces - the invitation, rsvp card, and a details card plus the rsvp envelope, envelope liner and outer envelope. Each piece is designed with your vision in mind.
Unlimited revisions are included to ensure your paper story is perfect. You will receive digital proofs throughout the process so you will know what all items will look like before they are brought to life.

All envelopes come fully addressed saving you hours of time. All addressing will be designed to align with your invitation suite and then beautifully printed on your envelopes.
Your invitations will be assembled with care. I handle assembly, postage, and mail your invitations directly to your guests. This provides you with a stress-free experience and you can check it off your list without lifting a finger.

You will receive an invitation suite beautifully packaged to last a lifetime. An additional suite will be sent to your photographer for them to be able to get beautiful flat lays for your photo album as well.
Keepsake Suite
To ensure each couple receives the highest level of care, I take on a limited number of custom projects each year. Custom wedding invitations begin at $2,000 with couples typically investing $4,000–$7,000 for a full stationery from save the dates through wedding day details. The best way to determine how many sets you need is to count the number of addresses you will be mailing to. Most clients need about 65% of the guest count. So if you are having 200 guests you would need 120 invitation suites. You may also want to order extras of each for last minute guests.
Absolutely! While KW Paperie is based in Woodburn, Oregon, I work with couples throughout the Pacific Northwest and across the country. Whether you’re planning a romantic celebration close to home or a destination wedding somewhere beautiful, your entire stationery experience can be handled remotely. From our initial consultation through design, production, and delivery, I make the process personal, seamless, and enjoyable—no matter where you’re getting married.
Traditionally Save the dates should go out 6 to 9 months before the wedding and invitations should be sent 3 months before with the RSVP date set for 1 month before the wedding. Use our order timeline above to find the exact dates for your wedding month.

Do you work with couples outside of Oregon?
Absolutely! You don't need to have your invitation wording figured out before we begin the design process. As the expert in wedding stationery you will be guided in wording and etiquette so all the details will be handled for you. My goal is to make the process feel effortless and ensure your stationery is not only beautiful, but thoughtfully worded and completely appropriate for your celebration.
If you are working with me... NOTHING! I will handle all of your mailing, including US postage. It is important to take an assembled wedding invitation to the post office to get it evaluated for the exact postage required. Overweight, bulky from ribbon, square envelopes will all require additional postage.
Do you help with wording and etiquette?
What should I know about mailing my wedding invitations?
Yes! Menus, place cards, programs, table numbers, welcome signs, seating charts, bar menus and more are possible. The same care and attention will be given to your day-of items that is given to your invitations. Once your invitations are in the mail we will start a conversation about what day-of items your wedding needs.
